South Africa

1.Chardonnay, Rocheburg 175ml Glass £3.50: 250ml £4.50: Bottle £12.95
    Full bodied, but not oaked although slightly buttery, this delightful wine displays youthful
    fresh lemon, melon and white plum aromas and flavours. Great with creamy chicken and
    seafoods.
 
2.Sauvignon Blanc, Steenbok. 175ml Glass £3.50: 250ml £4.50: Bottle £12.95
    A lovely Sauvignon, with typically zesty citrus aromas and flavours of lemon and green
    apples. Plenty of mouthwatering acidity.

3.Muscadet Sevre et Maine “Sur Lie” Chateau de Chasseloir: Bottle £14.95
     Having undergone some extended ageing on the lees of fermentation, giving full yeasty
     fresh fruit flavours. Produced in small quantities from hundred year-old vines; good weight
     and complexity. Exceptional partner to fish, and a delightful aperitif.

     This carefully blended wine is well rounded, dry but smooth. Ideal on its own
